Sponsor Certificate

A registered and active Resurrection parishioner may submit a request to obtain a Godparent or Confirmation Sponsor Certificate that is required by a church other than Resurrection. There is an offering of $20 per certificate. You have the option to pick up the certificate in the rectory at 910 Boston Post Rd or have it mailed to the address you provide. Be sure to provide a contact email and phone number for any questions. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.
